We have developed a series of questions so you can calculate your “Good Human Score,” which indicates your level of living sustainably with your available options. Depending on where you live, some things you can’t adopt. However, in the long run you have a choice and could adopt every action to live the most sustainable lifestyle.
Each question has options to select from, and each option has a point value. The more points you earn, the better. Questions are weighted, so if something provides more value to living sustainably, it will be worth more points. The maximum amount of points you can score is 200, which means you are doing everything indicated to live in the most sustainable way.
The questions are roughly in order of the topics in the guide so you can reference for further information. If something does not apply, give yourself the points. For example, if you don’t have AC you can take the point of having an energy efficient AC.
