Use Reusable Napkins
We typically use a lot of paper napkins and paper towels around the house for meals and cleaning. Instead of using one-time-use napkins for a meal, buy cloth napkins and kitchen towels to reuse. For napkins, you should buy two weeks’ worth of napkins—I suggest one napkin per day minimum per person to use as their napkin for the day. Then you can wash all the dirty napkins every two weeks. Any way to cut down on single-use items and reuse is the goal, and this is an easy thing to do.
